Founder's story

Shannon White, LCDC

Founder & Executive Director

A common and dismissive statement in our society is that people never change, but nothing could be further from the truth. Given proper guidance and support, anyone is capable of change.

Shannon founded Grace To Change from her own recovery journey. As part of our mission, she spends hours in the community, meeting with adult groups and area schools to share her experience so others can discover that there is hope in change.

She's living proof of what she teaches.

What we stand for

Four values that guide our approach.

Empathy

The starting point of everything we do. We listen before we teach.

Community

Recovery isn't done alone. We build spaces where people show up for each other.

Evidence

Proven practices, measured outcomes. We evaluate what works and keep learning.

Hope

Change is possible, and it's within reach. We hold that belief for you.

Outcomes

Recovery changes everything.

Accessible treatment. Stronger families. Healthier communities.
