TAILORED TREATMENT

We utilize a multi-modal approach to counseling, including psycho-educational groups and process groups.

INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) consists of 18 group counseling sessions, three times per week for six weeks, plus a minimum of four one-hour individual counseling sessions.

SUPPORTIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM

Supportive Outpatient Program (SOP) consists of 12 group counseling sessions, two times per week for six weeks, plus a minimum of three one-hour individual counseling sessions.

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING

Individual support and counseling sessions are scheduled Monday through Friday.

GROUP SESSIONS

Adults: Mon,Tues,Thurs 6-9 PM Adolescents: Mon,Tues,Thurs 4-7 PM

AFTER CARE

Unlike most substance abuse programs, GraceToChange offers weekly aftercare support for all clients at no additional charge following successful completion of the initial treatment plan. Not only do our clients have the opportunity to continue learning and growing in their sobriety, they are also able to create and maintain critical sober relationships with other group members. Additionally, clients who are farther along in their recovery are able to mentor and encourage those who are newer to the program.

DRUG TESTING

These services are offered to clients and non-clients. Must be 18 years of age or older, unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Results are confidential, with the exception of a minor, in which case results will be disclosed to a parent or legal guardian. ​ 10 panel drug test: $20 ETG/Alcohol: $20 Marijuana: $10 Hair Follicle: $175

EDUCATION AND OUTREACH

GraceToChange counselors commit to studying new approaches and developing innovative ways to implement and add them to our other proven practices. We evaluate our success in this field by gathering qualitative and quantitative data, and using that information to measure shifts and changes from our baseline measurements. As part of our mission, our founder, Shannon White, spends hours in the community meeting with adult groups and area schools to share her knowledge and experience so others will discover that there is hope in change.
